How do I get started?
Download the beta from the link provided and follow the setup instructions.
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app, navigate to settings in the top right of the Home Tab, scroll down to delete account. Please note that this cannot be undone.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes, all personal data (names, emails, photos) is stored encrypted in our database and never shared with third parties. We only collect what’s necessary to run the app.
I'm seeing a bug, where do I report it?
You can send the bug report to our email at grantmarcus1994@gmail.com.
How do I report or flag inappropriate content?
Under every user-generated content, there is a flag button where you are able to report any inappropriate content.
Does RealTime support multiple languages?
As of now, RealTime only supports English, but we will add more language support in the future.
